Michael Fortune’s NOSH Race Report – 1st June 2014

The 16km event was a great bush run on a grade difficulty I say of 8 out of 10!
Hard and difficult terrain, at one point running next to barbed wire, next climbing a sheer rock face, next almost twisting ankles on sharp bush rock.

I saw many leg injuries on the day and clay mud to cross and water completely across a lot of the track. Putting that aside I enjoyed the run and would say it is equivalent doing a half marathon road run. Free yogurt at the end and good kiosk hot food was very welcome!
